Try-Out Forms!

Hey Ladies!

All the forms that need to be signed and ready to go in order for you to try-out are listed over in the left column.

Forms:

• Sportsmanship form
• Transportation form
• Try-out check list form
• Physical completed (either Form A or Form B)
• Form A: for those that have NEVER had a physical for Clearfield HS
• Form B: for those that have already had a physical for Clearfield HS
• 9th grade Participation Form (only for 9th graders)

Please be sure to get all these forms completed and ready to go for try-outs. Especially any 9th graders, be sure to get on top of this ASAP, cause the 9th grade form requires administration signatures.

TEAM CAMP RECAP

Team Camp was this past week and it was definitely a success! The girls had an amazing week, with GREAT results!

Monday:
Clearfield vs. Cyrpus 12-0 WIN
Clearfield vs. Skyline 1-1 TIE

Tuesday:
Clearfield vs. Skyline 1-2 LOSS (only loss of the week)
Clearfield vs. Maple Mountain 2-2 TIE

Wednesday:
Clearfield vs. Brighton 2-2 TIE
Clearfield vs. Murray 3-1 WIN

Thursday:
Clearfield vs. Brighton 1-0 WIN
Clearfield vs. Highland 1-1 TIE

Friday:
Clearfield vs. East 1-0 WIN
Clearfield vs. East 2-2 TIE

We only had one loss out of 10 games! We were very impressed with the talent we had this past week! It just means that this fall is going to be a great one! We can not wait to get started, we have big expectations!

Congrats again on a fantastic week! Enjoy the 4th of July week off! We will see everyone again the week of the 8th!
